The Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue from existing customers and a limited number of named accounts. You would be expected to have an excellent relationship with your customers and are able to detect and address customer needs.

Your job description:

  • You recognize sales opportunities;
  • Intensive contact with customers and prospects;
  • Maintaining and expanding your network;
  • Proactively generate and following up leads in order to complete deals;
  • An understanding of commercial activities such as the submission of quotes, negotiation and conclusion of contracts;
  • Realizing both personal and team goals;
  • Capture and monitor appointments, quotes and contracts in the CRM system;
  • Solve customer problems and handling of escalations.

We are looking for:

  • An excellent and demonstrable track record of realizing commercial goals & targets;
  • Minimum HBO level;
  • You have an interest in ICT services;
  • You have experience with sales processes;
  • You have an eye for aspects like marginal contribution per customer, opportunities, new business ratio, and customer progress and customer satisfaction;
  • You have a customer-oriented and commercial attitude;
  • Good management of MS Office and CRM systems;
  • You are proactive, self-motivated and punctual;
  • Full-time available;
  • Results-oriented and you make a constructive contribution to the departmental goals;
  • Strong communication skills and ensure timely and adequate internal communication and coordination;
  • You can perform optimally under stress and work pressure;
  • Excellent understanding of both spoken & written Dutch and English languages. Any other languages ​​are a bonus;
  • You have the ambition to help take EvoSwitch to the next level;
  • Experienced in a similar role & function;
  • Team player.
